In keeping with the festival’s big reputation, four stages of sensational entertainment for all ages will transform Half Moon Bay into the Bay’s entertainment hotspot for a weekend during the city’s monster Pumpkinpalooza—the Art & Pumpkin Festival, October 17-18. It has become a festival staple so football and baseball fans will be pumped to learn the Xfinity Take 5 Lounge is returning to this year’s Half Moon Bay Art & Pumpkin Festival, October 17-18 from 9 am to 5 pm on historic Main Street.
There is plenty to see and do at Half Moon Bay’s world-famous Art & Pumpkin Festival, October 17-18, but nothing gets you up close and personal to the Great Gourd as the Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest. The pie eating contests take place in the Bank of America Family Fun Zone, located in the Bank of America parking lot, 620 Main Street in Half Moon Bay.
Everyone from tiny tots to ghoulish grandmas and grandpas will get a chance to show of their best Halloween attire at the Half Moon Bay Art & Pumpkin Festival Costume Contest. The contest will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 17, at the Cunha Intermediate School parking lot located at Correas and Church Streets.
